CHG, team green came in 2nd last week. 4 man 2 best ball tourney. Me, nike tour Chris, JR "grillmaster" and ted D. we started even par par and 2 over for the first 3 holes. then it was game ON time. we tied for second and edged the other team with a birdie on 11, ( the 3rd handicap hole) with an impressive 17 under. wheee doggies. i am not bragging, just that winning is more fun.
 
  a wise man told me that, if you take it too seriously you miss the ride. 15 seconds to hit the ball after that? relax , have fun.

welp, it's like this. last saturday was our first indy (indivual) at the "MGA" and i shot a horrid 117.out of 40 players i was not the worst. a couple participants just left at the turn and there was only 1 to finish under par (net). i did best 1 guy other than those. holy cr*p.
  the next weds. i went and and shot an 85. ef me. so today i think i got it figured out and , NO bourbon, in bed by 11pm the night befor, 113. ef me again. although i did get 1 birdie. money hole, but only for an ace. missed it by that much.
 remember, it is just a game. play fair, play honest, and it will come around. Good Game, Doug.

Chris was a maniac!!! what ever he did to adjust after the "Nick" episode, worked. He was on fire. double bogied the first hole and then went on to crush Doc and me with an 82. Rick straightened his drives out (not 1 SLICE all day) but that was about it. ( i must say, for Rick, that in and of it self was impressive. if you know Rick)
 
 me and doc won two holes. rick and chris were very impressive and came to play. crushed us. we were done by hole 15.

  Individually Chris with his 82 beat down the rest of us by; 97 was the closest; 107 and 120. OH MY!!!  i will leave the names out to protect the embarassed. So, good game. let's do it again.
